Operation Ava: Flash Drive!

Flash is a very special dog at Operation Ava, a no-kill rescue in the heart of Philadelphia. Flash needs a safe but expensive surgery called a Femoral Head Ostectomy (FHO) to fix his fractured hip. 

Operation Ava is partnered with a full service veterinary center, The Pet Mechanic, that can perform the surgery at cost, but we need to raise $1297.00 for the tools needed, as well as $1,172 for the surgery. The procedure is time-sensitive, so we would like to raise these funds as soon as possible--though Flash may not look like it in the video, he is experiencing a great amount of discomfort and pain.

The best part is that if we raise the money for the tools, they can be used for other surgeries and to save future pets' lives and limbs!
